Property Lawyer
We have an excellent opening available for a Property Lawyer with our highly reputable, specialist law firm, offering bespoke client services, based in the heart of the East Sussex countryside. We are a modern and ambitious firm, seeking a self-sufficient and skilled Property Lawyer to join our experienced, close-knit and efficient team. We have a varied and well established client base, including private individuals, investors, landlords and developers .
We pride ourselves on our agile and adaptable service, committed to delivering tailored solutions and building lasting client relationships. Reporting to the firms' Director, the Property Lawyer will take a lead role in managing the practice caseload. You should have extensive experience within Conveyancing law either within a Senior capacity, or be seeking to move to a Senior role.
You will be supported by a Legal Assistant and will cover a range of matters including Sales and Purchases, Freehold and Leasehold, New Mortgages, Transfers of Equity and New builds etc. Our team is highly collaborative, friendly and supportive and get along very well. We have a relaxed, open plan office environment and offer excellent opportunity for development.
Salary: Depends on experience. 20 days annual leave.
Hours: 9am-5pm Monday - Friday (1 hour lunch).
Location: Heathfield, East Sussex.

Practice Manager
We are seeking an experienced practice manager to join our team. In this role, you will hit the ground running and support the firm with comprehensive practice management/generalist PA duties. This is a varied role that will include diary management, financial/general administration, front of house management, and document management.
This is a rewarding opportunity to utilise your PA/practice management skills. Financial administration / filing invoices on accounting portal. Providing administrative support as PA to the Director. Dairy management. Support with organising business development initiatives. Ad hoc administrative / office tasks as required. Prior experience as a PA / practice manager / in a similar role. Strong organisational skills. Proactive and adaptable. Ability to hit the ground running. Eye for detail. Personable and happy to get involved.
