Richardson Property Lawyers Limited

Richardson Property Lawyers has an excellent reputation in exceptional client service. We are fully trained and specialise in property law to offer our clients a range of bespoke services.

Richardson Property Lawyers was launched to offer our clients individual quality service, for a modern, fast and adaptable world. Our modern conveyancing practice has grown considerably over the years with ambitious plans to expand our service to more clients.

We have developed a strong brand within our specified targeted area working in Sussex, Kent and London for our clients and all over the country. We are skilled in advising on all property related matters, our client base includes private individuals, investors, landlords and tenants, owner/occupiers, developers, renewable energy companies and rural landowners.

Licensed Conveyancer

You might be thinking what is the advantage of having a Licensed Conveyancer act on your behalf compared to a Solicitor. A Licensed Conveyancer is an experienced professional who specialises in providing Legal property services you need and will offer you advice and support throughout the transaction. Qualifications were taken with Property Law to enable an in-depth knowledge in the field of conveyancing.

Agile and Adaptable

The property market is evolving every day and we feel that we are ideally placed to adapt to the needs of the property market place and those of our clients.

Richardson Property Lawyers are agile and adaptable and take on a manageable level of clients for the qualified and experienced team. Unlike other practices who often hold back from making changes and take on large volumes of work at a very low fixed fee with unqualified staff that often results in the client being left with a poor and slow service.

We embrace change as it is the only inevitable factor in our modern property practice. Richardson Property Lawyers has the principles of providing a unique quality service to each individual client.

In the choosing of the staff for the firm to assist Vanessa Richardson it was vital that they had full knowledge of the conveyancing procedures. Vanessa has chosen her team from her past experiences of working with them and knowing the high quality of their work was exactly what the firm desired but also required.

The firm prides itself on making each client feel as if they are the only client and it is often forgot that whilst we deal with many transactions every day and the issues that arise which we have seen many times this can be very overwhelming for a client and we remember this.

Our offices are a very relaxed environment in order that no client will feel they cannot come in and see us in person and if they do that there are different areas to sit in and feel relaxed in what can be one of the most stressful times – this is not the case when you use Richardson Property Lawyers.

Vanessa Richardson Soc. L.C. – Director

Vanessa qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2006 wishing to become an experienced professional who specialises in providing Legal services. Licensed Conveyancers are specialists in property law and as with all true professionals are required to observe strict standards of professional conduct. All Licensed Conveyancers are governed by the rules of The Council for Licensed Conveyancers.

After deciding to move over to the Legal sector from the estate agents side she began her career with a large practice in East Sussex who soon realised that it would be beneficial for her to undertake training and specialise in Property.

Having worked in the area for 18 years have gained great relationships with estate agents who have always been more than happy to refer clients due to the high level of service given to each client on an individual basis. Great empathy is given to clients putting ourselves in their position each time to handle matters correctly.

Richardson Property Lawyers was launched because of the level of service and commitment she wanted to offer each client and no longer wished to be held back from achieving that goal. Richardson Property Lawyers company ethos is that only the highest quality of service in all aspects is accepted and delivered, nothing less will do.
